Tuesday: Taco meat, guacamole, Pico de Gallo, and chickpeas.
Wednesday: Zucchini and yellow squash soup. Served with apple, kale, walnut, and cranberry salad.
Thursday: Pizza casserole and Caesar salad.
Friday: Loaded chicken tortilla soup and veggie wraps.
